Return Policy for Handcrafted Items:

 

7-Day Return Policy for Defective Handcrafted Items: If any handcrafted item (excluding Casting Candles) arrives defective, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or store credit. Please note that due to the unique and delicate nature of handcrafted items, we can only accept returns for defects and not for any other reason. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with a detailed description of the defect and photographic evidence. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

 

Return Policy for Casting Candles:

 

Casting Candles are Final Sale: Due to the specific spiritual and consumable nature of our Casting Candles, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for Casting Candles unless they arrive damaged. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
 

Return Policy for All Other Items:

 

14-Day Return Policy: For all other items not listed above, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, store credit, or exchange, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging. To start a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and detailed return instructions.

• Packaging and Shipping: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
• Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
